Temple Square
Today Mary, Emily, Ramie and I went to Temple Square. My sister, Carly, works in the archives department repairing old books, and she gave us a special tour. She showed us some incredible items! We saw and touched three actual sheets of the original hand-written manuscript of the Book of Mormon. These were the sheets that Joseph Smith dictated to Martin Harris, not a copy, or the printers' copy. It was amazing. We also saw a Book of Mormon that belonged to Elvis Presley. It was interesting looking through it because Elvis had written comments through it, he even wrote in one part that Lisa (his daughter) needed this church. They showed us some other really interesting things that they had in the archives. It was a really neat experience. Afterward, we went to PF Changs for lunch, and that was delicious. Well, thats all for now....

Graduation Day!
Yesterday was Mary's graduation ceremony, which was fun. We were lucky that Mary chose a major in the largest college at BYU, the Family, Health, and Social Sciences college, because we got to watch about 1000 people other than Mary walk across the stage. But seriously, graduating is a great accomplishment, and Mary graduated with an amazingly high 3.8 GPA. But even a with a 3.8, she didn't get cum laude honors. I guess that's what you get when you go to a school full of overachievers. Well, we have been having fun with John, Ramie, and Emily here. Last night we went to the men's volleyball game, and although they lost, it was exciting. Thats about it for now, I'll try to be better about posting.

Real Salt Lake
On Saturday April 16, Mary and I went to the first ever Real Salt Lake MLS soccer game. The weather was beautiful: sunny and hot. Mary and I both got sunburns! The game was really exciting, with Real getting a late goal and winning 1-0.
