Visit from Grandma and Aunts

Grandma and Jack

This is me and Jack getting ready to watch the BYU football game last Saturday. He doesn't have a cougar shirt yet, but only because the bookstore was out when we went...

Tummy Time

In this picture, he had such a sly devlish grin that we had to embellish it a little...
Yup, he's a little drooler

I think Jack was having a bad day, as you can see from this picture, he didn't want to be photographed. Seriously, I didn't set this up.

Bouncing and Blowing Bubbles

Lately Jack has acquired a new talent of blowing bubbles. He drools a lot more as well and so it isn't too hard to turn the drool into a few fantastic bubbles. He also loves to kick his legs at some of his toys. It is a good thing too because I don't think the creases in his legs could get much deeper!

Meeting Aunt Carly

Aunt Carly stopped in Salt Lake on her way down to California and we were able to meet her at the airport. It was great to see her and hopefully next time we'll see her for a lot longer!!

Goonies and the Oregon Coast

We had a chance to go out to the Oregon coast on Monday with Mom, John, Emily, Dave, and Dave's family. It was a beautiful day! We stopped by Astoria, OR on the way and found the house that Goonies was filmed at. The house has a new paint job but Emily and I had seen the movie so many times that it was not hard to identify it. The only problem is that the road to the house said "private drive...no cars" and so we had to take a picture from the road below. It was a cool moment anyway!

Fun in Vancouver

Here are some pictures of our trip to Vancouver. Most of them involve Jack interacting with family members. We had a wonderful time celebrating Emily and Dave's marriage.

Smiley Boy

We got a new digital camera that takes pictures much faster than the old one, so we can get shots like this...

Aunt Lizanne and cousin Kirsten

On their way to Seattle, Lizanne and baby Kirsten stopped here in SLC and so we went to meet them at the airport. It was so great to see them and to see the cousins side by side. Kirsten was bright eyed and Jack slept through most of it, but it was still really wonderful to be able to have them together.

Visit from the Oregon Stancliffs!

We had a blast playing with Steve, Amy, Soren, and Lucy when they stayed with us yesterday. Jack had fun meeting his cousins and they really sweet with him. We miss them already but will get to see them soon.
